Adam Pearson · Bio
I am a Barrington, NH sculptor and craftsman. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2003. Currently, I work at UNH as the Art Department Technician where I coordinate safety protocol, machine and tool maintenance and material usage in the sculpture, ceramics, welding and casting areas.
I served as the president of the non-profit arts group Art Esprit (artesprit.org) from 2009 to 2012. As president I led the organization through the successful completion of the major public art projects "If These Rocks Could Talk: Stories of the Granite State" in 2010, "Rochester Creates: Portraits" in 2011 and "The Mythology of Rochester" in 2012.
My work can be found in person at The Blooming Farm (thebloomingfarm.com) in Barrington, NH and artstream studios (artstreamstudios.com) in Rollinsford, NH among other exhibition locations.
